The program was established to foster goodwill between the Electronic Security Industry and local police, fire, and EMT professionals by offering college scholarships to their deserving sons and daughters.
Scholarships are granted based on a combination of academic performance, national test scores, extracurricular involvement, and the submitted essay. Along with completing the application and providing all required documentation, each student must write an essay explaining, “What it means to me to have my parent or guardian involved in securing our community.”
